  1. Returns
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Oowais. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some products, such as perishable goods or intimate items, may not be eligible for returns.

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@oowais.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

  4. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  5. Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team at info@oowais.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning your original item and ordering a replacement.

  6. Shipping Costs
    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@oowais.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and arranging a replacement.
